The NVS-10 is a stand-alone network video server for both video and audio streaming through ethernet in real-time. Designed for live streaming, the NVS-10 is an easy to use and true plug and play device. Simply connect your video & audio source to the NVS-10, and enjoy video in MPEG-4 format via Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher web browser. Q: When we change the stream port to 80, the NVS-10 stops Streaming.
A: Changing the port to 80 causes a HTTP and Stream Port conflict, but early NVS-10 firmware revisions, did not insert error messages for notification of the issue. If you encounter this issue, we recommend updating the firmware in your NVS-10 to Version 1.2 to resolve the issue. The firmware revision can be found on the NVS-10 web page within the "documentation" tab. Instruction for applying the update can be found in the quick start guide on the NVS-10 page within the "documentation" tab as well.
